Role: Generalist Developer
Since 2024, I’ve been one of the core developers on Synth Riders, actively contributing to its continued development and cross-platform support. My work spans a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Optimization and refactoring of key VR subsystems to improve performance and maintainability.
Implementation of user interfaces and animation logic, both runtime and editor-facing.
Collaboration with technical artists to bridge the gap between tools and runtime visuals.
Integration with backend services for user data, content delivery, and online features.
Development of internal editor tools to streamline the workflow of designers and artists.
Audio synchronization systems tightly coupled with gameplay and visuals.
Maintenance and expansion of CI/CD pipelines to support frequent builds across multiple platforms.
Beyond the technical scope, I’ve also played a key role in ensuring system interoperability, long-term maintainability, and performance consistency across Meta Quest, Pico, Steam, and PlayStation. My contributions have helped shape the evolution of the game across multiple updates and content expansions.
